By placing this order, Client confirms they are authorized to request media services for the property and agrees that all photographs, videos, drone footage, Matterport tours, floor plans, graphics, and related media remain the intellectual property of Celebration Holdings, LLC, its affiliates, and/or its designated creators.
Upon full payment, Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered media solely for marketing the property associated with this order for as long as Client represents or is authorized to market the property.
Drone services are subject to weather, airspace, FAA rules, site conditions, and pilot discretion. Matterport, floor plans, and third-party deliverables may be subject to platform availability, hosting, and service limitations.
Payment is required before final media download unless approved billing terms are in place. Travel, rush delivery, access delays, rescheduling, special editing, or scope adjustments may result in additional fees.
Drone services are subject to weather, airspace, FAA rules, site conditions, and pilot discretion. If flight conditions are unsafe or restricted, drone services may be rescheduled, modified, or excluded from the shoot.
Matterport, virtual tours, floor plans, and related deliverables may be subject to third-party platform availability, hosting, and service limitations.
Payment is required before final media download unless other written billing terms have been approved. Rush delivery, rescheduling, travel, cancellation, special editing, or additional revision fees may apply.
